Real Estate
- To renew your Real Estate License in the state of Idaho, you are required to complete 16 hours of continuing education, plus a Commission approved core course every two years.
- Real Estate License’s expire every two years. The expiration date will be on the license. Continuing education must be complete prior to expiration.
- Real Estate License continuing education courses must be given on topics approved by the Commission. They may include topics such as Real Estate Ethics, Water Rights, Green Market, etc.
- Excess continuing education hours may not be carried over to the subsequent license renewal period.
